Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or for certain specialty items.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after processing, although some items may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the supplier, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products from different fulfillment locations. If so, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after the tracking number is issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@celebratecentral.store if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@celebratecentral.store so we can review the situation and assist you.

International Orders
International availability and delivery times may vary by product. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
